So far, based on the first look, I’m interested in Debbie and her Uncle Billy’s relationship. I like it and I hope we get to see more of that familiar relationship throughout the rest of the book.
It has also been described as a coming of age type of book, what with the main character Debbie moving out from home for the first time and starting college. This is something I can relate to and hope it translates well on paper.
I also liked how simple the book cover is. Sometimes less is more.
