Unfortunately a preview of the first chapter was not available to read, but luckily a friend of mine who recently got a review copy did tell me that this is categorically my kind of novel. The premise strikes me as a Circle of Friends for a new generation, with a dash of Sally Rooney. I previously read Louise's short story that won the Séan Ó Faoláin Competition in 2017 and love her prose, so am very excited to read a full length work of hers.
