The cover of this book looks simple but effective. This minimalistic look could sometimes put a potential reader off however with this design idea, the colours and concept draws me in a makes me interested in what the book could possibly be about. The contrast of the two colours create the idea that there could be two conflict ideas or opinions for the main character and makes me interested in the possibilities of the plot. The figure on the front is likely to be the main character Debbie however her appearance is quite out of the ordinary and makes me wonder what sort of a person she will turn out to become. The synopsis looks very relatable, as a uni student myself I believe I am likely to see a lot of myself in this character and am eager to see what sort of life she will lead and the journey she will travel on.
