I really enjoyed the First Look, this looks like it could be something a bit different to enjoy.
The characters are interesting and I immediately felt drawn to Debbie. I enjoyed the author's style of writing and the way she creates images such as "their feathers floating on the meniscus like tiny swimmers lying on their backs".
