this is a lovely yet heartbreaking book, telling multiple stories in one without you really noticing, mental health effects everyone differently, we all have our own struggles, we all need to learn how not to judge, just because someone seem like they have it all on the outside does not mean their feelings on the inside are not valid, we all fight our own demons, i find it interesting to see how nearly all the character are worried they will turn into their parents in one way or another, the book shows mental health in all its forms, from the obvious struggles with reality, addiction to drink, food issues, and general pressure to be the best or been seen a certain way, this book will bring you sadness and genuine affection for the characters who are just doing their best to move forward in the world, at the end of the day friends and family are what will get you through
