I’m not quite sure what I expected from this book. The word snowflake is used a lot in today’s society, I think I expected a completely different story. I wasn’t too sure what the actual plot to this story was, but I did enjoy it non the less.
Debbie is a typical teenager dealing with her family problems whilst trying to start college and make new friends. I thought there were a few hints to her being pregnant and wondered if that’s where the story was going but it never did.
The dreams in this story did make it somewhat magical, and interesting. Debbie’s mother is a very interesting character.
This is not my typical go to book, but I did really enjoy the read and it’s been a really uplifting read.
