Master storyteller is back with a phenomenal book

Following the brilliant The Beekeeper of Allepo, Lefteri new book seems just as well crafted and elegant. I would love to get my hands on it. Reading this extract got me very excited and straight away got hooked on the character's initial appearance. Loved the theme of people leaving home to seek a better life being mirrored by the migration of the songbirds. Such a gorgeous book cover too!
