There is a very fine line between a quirky book and an annoying book. At first glance, this appears to be an intriguing and quirky book and I would love to read the rest of it in the hope that it proves me right. I often read in coffee or tea shops, but reading the sneak peak of Sourdough made me want a bowl of spicy soup instead. I've not read any of Robin Sloan's books before, but I will be reading Sourdough. We geeks have to stick together.
