After reading the first look at this book, I'm left unsure of what to think! Although the story opens fast and we are launched into Lois' story, I'm left craving more detail to fully put a context to what I am reading. Lois is in the age of computer programming and technological advancements, eating meal replacement 'slurry' and trying to move past the age of human labour, all features you would expect from a good sci-fi novel, yet this doesn't quite seem to fit in that genre. I'd look forward to reading more to feed my curiousity!
