I really enjoyed reading this book!
This book is a contemporary book about a tired desk worker who gives up her job to make sourdough! Something I really liked about this book is that the main character (Lois Clary) is quite ordinary and has her flaws! She is not a perfect character and makes her more relatable! You almost feel as if you're there with Lois and I really liked how the author included emails between two of the characters! This is a really different way of writing and I particularly enjoyed it. This is because both you find out the history and story from both the emails and Lois.
In general, I think the plot was quite unique and I really enjoyed finding out about Lois and the sourdough!
