I love love LOVE the setting of this book! The sophisticated, religious well to-do college atmosphere tied with the brilliant narrative had me hooked. This was a great introduction to the book, with the opening line giving a hint to the whole plot story (along with the book cover), and the opening extract setting the scene and background.
