The first few sentences immediately grabbed me, i was filled with so many questions. Why was she a killer? All in all, this story is quite a nice, light read and didn't take me too long to get done. I enjoyed the story line, it was fairly captivating and the few plot twists throughout the novel was fairly interesting. One downside though, is that these twists were fairly predictable once you had the gist of the book but i don't think this hinders the novel that much. I loved the setting and the great depth the author had gone to build and grow each character, it certainly made the novel far more interesting! I won't spoil things for anyone, but some of the characters were so easy to dislike thanks to fab writing.
The ending was a fun cliffhanger. Now, usually i hate cliffhangers however i'm quite pleased this is how this novel ends. It opens up an avenue for a series and i looove a good series! I'm excited to pick up the second book and give it a go!
