The blurb of this book really drew me in and i was expecting to be gripped from cover to cover. However I found this book a slow burner it was very hard to get into initially but did definitely improve throughout. The idea for the story is very clever and follows the not so nice going on in a very posh private boarding. We learn through the heroine's eyes as she gets drawn into the mess and sets about trying to fix all the things that lie behind the schools gleaming exterior. It was an enjoyable read and was a good ya book to get lost in for a few hours. The cover is very pretty and the story is unique especially in the ya world. A well written tale but probably just not the tale for me and thats ok. I'm sure many others will enojy.
