What a very interesting, intriguing story. I was so excited when I first heard about this book. I mean, '9 students, 3 bloody sports' had me questioning what was happening in this book and why it was happening.
Greer is new at St. Aidan. She is finding it hard to fit in with all these students who seem to be very posh and a bit up themselves. One day she is amazed to find an invitation to spend the weekend at Henry de Warlencourt to hunt, fish and shoot. At first she's wondering why she was invited and then she thinks maybe it's to become one of the medieval's. That is what the popular students are called, including Henry. But, when she gets there, with two other students she has met briefly, she starts to question what is really going on. With a stray bullet, a hunting game and someone 'accidentally' falls out the boat Greer and the other two start to release something weird is happening and they need to figure a way out before it's too late-will people believe them? Or does this go further than the medieval's?
I just adored this book. It was just so gripping and I wanted to know what was happening and why it was happening. 9 students, 3 deadly sports, who will come out alive?
I just hope there will be another book or something else to do with it because I just want to read more about it. If you haven't picked it up I can't recommend it enough, especially around Halloween time.
