This book was very disturbing. However, I was compelled to keep reading it. The plot was very interesting and kept me on the edge of my seat.
The character of Juliette was intriguing and frightening at the same time. I swayed between feeling sorry for her and being suspicious. Great character writing.
Richard was also an odd character. He was obviously affected by the house, but he thought he was perfectly normal. It was like being caught in a new dimension. How could he be so accepting of a hare coming back to life?
The book was leading up to a spooky climax, then it was gone! How could the author leave us with so many questions left unanswered? I felt cheated after my loyalty to the book. Very disappointed.
