In the late 70s the state power is impenetrable so when a woman is killed and its deemed a verdict of accidental death Karen Muller is left the impossible task of solving the case knowing something deeper is at work.
Really enjoy a good political thriller and the main character sounds gritty and tough pitting her wits against the state, quite a different twist having a female protagonist too in this kind of novel.
Should be a great read.
