I was struck by the cover image immediately, it feels as though it would be something that I would enjoy reading. The small girl wandering alone through what appears to be a snowy Russian landscape - what is she looking for we wonder? Family? What is her history? How did she get here? Why is she alone? The synopsis of the book confirms this, although obviously this is only a brief version but it has all of the hallmarks of an interesting read. I have an interest in Russia as a country, and also enjoy thriller, murder type books so definitely one to watch out for.
