This book was a strange one for me. Combine deep but brief characters with a complex plot line with twists and turns, and you get this book.
Though the twists dont occur in the usual sense, I found the book sometimes twisted too much to the point of flipping. I dont usually like the kinds of books that rely on twists or surprises but that is due to my personal interests. This book felt like a solid book, the cover was very detailed, cool looking and you knew what you were getting into based on the cover of the book. The characters were detailed and descriptive, and I assume that there is more in store for the plot of this book, potentially a sequel, that would be cool.
