This book was exceptionally detailed. This really helps lure you in as a reader and hooks you into the story and the book. Great style of writing for me. Really helped me engage.
Never read any of this authors books before and do wonder if I missed out because of that. I think I should have read the earlier books first.
The story is written very very well and with such great detail you get to know the characters so well and in so much detail. The development through the book really helps you dive into the story.
I did find the second half of the book less grippping. There was less substance to the second half of the book. But that said it was a wild adventure which had me gripped and at the edge of my seat on several occasions.
You can really feel through the detail the author gives you that his knowledge base is sound.
I would love to follow Karin Miller more but I think I’d choose to read the earlier books first before continuing the journey
