wow This is the first book of im guessing a collection i have read, and has left me feeling the urge to purchase all the others to read, It seems a little slow at the beginning of the book but as you move further into it, it seems to pick up alot , its well written, and the storyline is amazing, karen seems a brave confidents women but who has her flaws and issues, its set back in time which are sometimes the best times to read about, Karen just wants to get back into employment to help with money for her twins and grandmother but seems to get stuck when going for a meeting with the 1 person she wants a reference from which happens to be her old boss in the police force, Turns put he didnt accept her resignation therefor she has to go about her new job application differently. The front cover is so fitting with the title and sense you take from reading this book.
