Lots of characters and it took me a while to understand who everyone was and their relationship in the storyline This is the 5th book in a series and I felt I would have been better equipped if I had read the books in series as I found it hard to catch up . Saying that I loved the main character Karin Muller of the investigating team, a strong independent woman with family values .The plot was good and I liked the secret haphazard approach to find justice . I have decided to now read the books in order as I liked it so much and have bought the others in the series so that I can start back at the beginning and really get my teeth into the plots and the complex characters so wait for the next instalment .
