Too German for me unfortunately, as in too many german phrases and just not my cup of tea. I really did give it a go but I found myself drifting off thinking of other things, like "what shall I cook for dinner", instead of focusing on the storyline. Also the weather in the book is bitterly cold and I always felt freezing whilst reading it! Weird huh?
So basically, there is a woman detective who is blackmailed into coming back to work for a secret ish agency. Her team is made up of a few suspect people who she has had runnings in with over the years (I believe there are other books prior to this one) and she has to uncover the story with the help of her peers. I got as far as finding out who the character that had died was and what impact she had had on various other people.
