This looks such a fun book for kids to read and one that I think would make them interested in reading books, which is always a good thing. It looks fun and approachable, using things that children and teens would be interested in reading about. The characters are varied and a good mixture of different types of people, so plenty for readers to relate to and to help them engage with the book and hold their interest. The front cover is bright and bold and would be attractive to readers in the target ages as well. I think it would stand out on the bookshelves of any book shop. I really liked the character of Tanisha and she has a lovely name too. I hadn't heard of this author before, but I hope he writes more books for children and teenagers and continues to include a variety of characters and topics they will relate to and enjoy reading about, like music.
