My first impression of this book I wouldn’t normally have chosen this type of book however I was engaged from the beginning. The fact that this book is partly based on truth really made this story beautiful. It starts of as a romantic love story of Fredrick and Stella and you forget that World war 2 is raging on however a big turn of events and how it changes everyone’s life.
