This book has a mixture of romance, lies and hardship. I wouldn't normally go for a romantic book but this looks like it has a really great plot with interesting characters.
Set in 1940's during WWII, Friedrich and Kirstin become romantically involved only for him to find out it isn't her real name and there is a connection to the Gestapo. She is also a Jew which puts her in great danger.
After reading the review for this book I would certainly read it.
