I loved Jennifer Donnelly's second novel, "A Gathering Light" and my first impression of this latest story from her, it's clear that a re-telling of this fairy tale is in safe hands! Stories which explore bullying from the perpetrator's viewpoint are rare but if we don't have some understanding of what drives people to bully, then we have no hope of trying to prevent it happening. I feel confident that this author will present a balanced and thought-provoking look at this subject.
