I loved the Waterfire Saga and was cautiously optimistic about this book and...It. Did. Not. Disappoint.
This was everything I wanted and somehow even more. I loved the characters within this. Isabelle and Tavi were such interesting characters and I'm glad we got to see from Ella and one particular moment near end just added so much to her character. I loved the uniquesses of this world which added so much.
This was so easy to read and I just couldn't stop once I'd gotten into. This was one of the best books I've read this year and I honestly cannot recommend it enough. I have so much more to say about this but I don't want to spoil anything and honestly....this is a book to go into without knowing anything. This was such a unique take on Cinderella's stepsisters and I will 100% be rereading this!!
