I could not put this book down! The matte black cover with the broken glass slipper first drew me in. I love fairytales and this is a great addition to the collection! It give a wee look into the back story of Cinderella and her ugly step sisters and what happened after. Isabella is trying to change but will fate or chance win the battle for her life! I started the book wanting to hate isabella but as i read on i found myself rooting for her! This is such an empowering read for young women who feel they need to be pretty to achieve their goals, it tell you to be true to yourself and dont let anyone try to change you! I would definately recommend this book to anyone who loves a good adventure
