I can’t wait to read the rest, to see what becomes of all the sisters. In just the first few pages I’ve read, love the ideas of lives being drawn on maps. Emotions kept in jars. Loved the very descriptive painting of every scene with words. Straight away I can relate to the strong will of Isabelle, doing what she feeling her sense of duty to her family but still has that sense of remorse for her step sister. Love fantasy stories & fairy tales. But now I’m an adult love it even more when a more realistic take on fairy tales appears to be read. I’m not a fan of all these murder, detective stories out there. People may still hurt others & themselves in this story. But at least that’s all it is, is a story.
