I love a good fairy tale retelling especially one that does not promote a happily ever after. If you’re like me and that is what you’re looking for then look no further.
This book really drew me in, the cover is stunning and the concept of the book really left me wanting to read more so when I won the book on readers first I was really pleased and excited for the opportunity.
This book is pretty dark and may not be for some people. If you’re after a happy ending then don’t bother. But I absolutely love a dark fairy tale retelling so this is definitely for me.
I love the twists and turns that the author portrays from the original story. And some characters that I hated I actually liked in this retelling. I definitely recommend that you give this book a go
