I read this book for my book club and I liked the concept for the book,the whole idea that the stepsisters aren't who you would think they are and are actually very different people. We follow Isabelle's journey to try and fix her future and we learn maybe the evil sisters aren't only evil. Personally my favourite character was Tavi because of how different and witty she is.
The book also includes so many amazing quotes that I have saved to my phone because I thought they were so well said and mini stories that are very interesting. The chapters are very short so it felt like I was zooming through the book, personally i like short chapters so this was a positive for me.
Overall, the story idea was good and I really enjoyed the concept but maybe the writing style wasn't for me so it wasn't as enjoyable. Don't let that put you off the story because I know people who have read it and totally loved the book.
