From the extract, the Book comes from the lesser used perspective of one of Cinderella's 'Ugly' stepsister's & plays with the idea that maybe not all villains are irredeemable, that maybe some of them can garner some sympathy & that there is a reason they became the villain that we know them as.
There seems to be a theme of three sisters, what with Cinderella & the two 'Ugly' Stepsister's & the three sister's thay 'Chance' steals the map from. I'm interested to see if something becomes of this.
A warning, if you're not into gore this book isn't for you, as some parts may go into a little too much descriptive detail for your tastes.
