Okay, I get the idea of multiple viewpoints and leaking out the key points of the story slowly to create a sense of mystery and suspense to keep the reader guessing.....but this took it to the extreme....by about 200 pages.

As such what could have been a taut thriller just became a meandering mess where you longed for something.....anything....to happen. Vast pages where nothing actually happens to characters so weakly drawn you really don't care about them and a plot so convoluted, which takes so long to reach the point you've actually forgotten what's meant to be happening in the first place.....when something does happen it seems to just drift along with no sense of urgency or pace....there's possibly a really good plot idea in here...but it's buried in a long-winded, rambling plot that just goes on and doesn't have any direction.
