I have never dived into the world of Swedish thriller and crime before so this was another new genre for me (thanks Readers First for letting me try so many new books!).
Let's start with the cover, love it. I would pick it up and have a look to see what it is all about.
The story itself was really good, at times I did get slightly confused by the jumping around but the storyline was strong so kept me interested. Seriously? How did i not read these type of books before.
The style of writing is fast and intense and it was good and refreshing for me.
The only downside was it does take a while to get into this book and I do mean a good chunk of it. Don't let this put you off as its still a great read.
