This is definitely a book I would have walked past in a shop. It whilst reading the first impression I was really drawn to the story. The book starts off with a murder that is made to look like a burglary and then the story starts to unfold about a criminal underworld and the people it can affect. The writing of the book is very fluid especially as it has been translated but I did at times find the book a bit confusing, there are a lot of different characters to follow and there is another story unfolding in the book as some chapters show a manuscript of a police interview with an anonymous informant. On the whole this book is a good read and it does hold your attention I wouldn't say it was an easy read but it is definitely worth a go
