If I'm honest I found this book a little far fetched and alot like cluedo. It was a quick and easy read but didn't keep me hooked like others have. It doesn't require alot of thinking like other murder mysteries so it is a easy story to follow along.
It is set on a island with a famous house becoming a museum where a group of friends go to stay and experience life from way back when. They play the roles of various different characters, dressing like them, doing activities like they would have and experiencing a whole other life. Then suddenly something goes horribly wrong. Who do they trust? I know it wasn't who I had thought it was throughout. Many had motive but who did it? It takes you on the investigators journey to figure it out, with staff and secret passageways in the house being discovered which adds to the mystery. Its like reading a game of cluedo.
