As an avid Murder Mystery fan this book did not disappoint. When it first arrived I was put off by the front cover I really don’t like Computer generated art work and much prefer more traditional covers, if I’d seen the book in a shop I probably wouldn’t have read the blurb… but don’t judge a book by its cover because the story is well written and it’s engaging from the get go. The characters are very relatable and it’s easy to compare the characters to people in real life, the plot line develops at an enjoyable pace which leaves the reader wanting to learn more and unravel the murder and motive and solve the mystery. I’m trying not to include too many spoilers so that anyone reading the review can enjoy the book in its organic form and the twists and turns of the case. It was definitely a surprisingly good read and especially one for the long winter nights! A recommended read!
