To begin with I love a ya murder mystery and this didn’t disappoint. At first I was confused with the characters but once we got into the story I started to connect to them more.

The story was very well done even though I did guess a few things that happened I still enjoyed the story.

This is about a group of students with hidden secrets and tensions, a week of celebrating the end of their school life before college. They all go to a mansion on an isolated island where they pretend to be in the 1920s. One of them is murdered and everyone has a motive to kill.

I enjoyed the style of writing and the past and presents of each chapter. The characters were all intriguing and I cared about everyone of them and the story they had to tell.

I really enjoyed the book and would recommend it to anyone who loves a murder mystery in a great setting with likeable characters
