My review on suddenly a murder. This is very slow paced about a 1920s, murder mystery. Investigators arrive and everyone is a suspect. Although there is one who brought a knife. Each one has their history with the victim, but there is only one who is guilty of murder. It was easy to follow what was happening and I was quite invested in the characters. Especially Izzy. I love YA books and would recommend this to a friend. It’s a little confusing at first about which characters which, but once you start reading you get the just. Before leaving high school, they wanted to have a memorable high school trip before they only leave each other. So they decide to go on an island without any parental supervision. Once they know there’s been a murder, they start not trust each other and blame each other. I love how the lies become revealed, and their secrets revealed one by one
