I have tried to read this twice and I’ve had to give up which is honestly unheard of me but I just can’t get into it at all.
It doesn’t grip me or grab me and I don’t feel at all involved in reading it.
The chapter names are the most intriguing part of the book sadly.
I didn’t warm to the character or style of writing and I just felt like I was plodding along with it actually going anywhere.
It might in fairness be because I’ve read some very gripping thrillers and true stories recently and I need a bit more substance. So I did try again but found myself really bored and disinterested so for me sadly this book did not engage me or hold my attention. Which really did surprise me as I had expected great things (sorry)
