Something that is amazing that I liked straight away is the writing style. The book was made up of good writing. The storyline just keeps on developing until the last page.
The characters are created well and they develop well throughout the book.
At times, the book reminded me of the movie Ghost, if it were to be made for young adults.
The cover of the book is beautifully daunting and a little ironic for the plot of the book. The entire book lived up to the expectations of the blurb.
