I guess I'm not exactly used to reading books that feel so ordinary with a pinch of fantasy and life-changing situations.

Lily, a young teenager tragically dies in a supposed 'hit and run' incident, and all she's capable of doing is following the sorrow and grief that tags behind her relatives and friends. Now, we find out Lily's cause of death quite quickly, so there's no tension or suspense - not that there's meant to be anyway.

I personally LOVE books. And by l-o-v-e I mean, LOVE, Love. So, getting connected to the characters on an emotional level wasn't exactly difficult. As Ben (Lily's brother) cried and grieved I literally shared the pain with him which was really heartbreaking, I must say.

Anyway, I don't want to go off topic. One more point I'm going to make is that this book really does seem to have some kind of moral behind it and the plot line is so different and original I can't imagine how much creativity went into it! I'd recommend this for the younger audience as it really gives you an insightful view into life and death and how everything pans out.
