I would give this book 10 stars if I could. Although it's a young adult book anyone can read and be moved by this book. It is told from the viewpoint of Lily who has been killed in a hit and run accident but can see the reactions of her family and friends to her death. She knows who it is who killed her and can see the effect the guilt has.
The book explores the effects of the death of a young person on her family and the people who love her. The stages of grief are explored. The book is not all doom and gloom. There are some moments of dark humour. I recommend this book very highly to people of all ages.
