The death penalty is such a barbaric thing which in today's world it is surprising is still allowed to exist. So a book written about someone who is on death-row and about the death penalty and what that means is fascinating. The writing was engaging and interesting, it was the kind of book that I would want to read more about and that I would talk to others about.
