The title and blurb of the book drew me in.
The book is about a young police officer and her dad. Since she was young she always knew there was something bad about her dad and something bad he had done but she could never prove anything. Later in life as a police office her job leads her to a murder of a young woman who turns out to be connected with her father all those years ago.
The story continues to twist and turn and include many people who could have been involved in this murder but it always turns back to the father with each new piece of evidence found.
