The book cover is beautiful, this is what initially caught my attention to get to know more.
The blurb for me was brilliant, it was part of the book rather than an explanation of what the story entailed.
Once i started reading this book i could not put it down. It was gripping and intense, straight to the point of what was going on to draw you in and keep you on the edge of your seat. What i wasn't expecting was the major, numerous plot twists. They shocked me to my core and it took a while for the information to sink in.
I thouroughly enjoyed the story and i really felt connected to Cat, not just because we share the same first name but because whilst working a hectic and stressful job she was also seeing a counseller for mental health issues and anything to do with mental health will always hold a place in my heart.
