A fantastic book for libraries and school book corners
As someone who loved MAPS and used it frequently in my classes, when I saw this book on Readers First I knew I had to download the first impression. I was not dissappointed.
With illustrations of the high quality I have come to expect from these authors, information was presented in an attractive, easy to read format.
I can imagine the furor that will ensue if I were to put this in my school book corner, as MAPS is always a firm favourite during quiet reading time.
I found the inclusion of recipes alongside the historical and geographical information to be charming and I will definitely be trying some out myself.
