Eye catching - mouth watering

This book about the geography and history of foods, as well as some recipes and interesting facts about the ingredients, is presented in a format that will interest the age range it is aimed at.
I find it a bit too cluttered and confusing and the colours are too dark but then I’m well beyond the targeted readership age!
