I love the uniqueness of this book that it’s a recipe book but also an information book about countries around the world. It looks like it has a good range of recipes from different cultures which I would be interested to try out. The only downside is there are no photos of the food. I know this doesn’t really go with the aesthetic of the book but it’s always nice to actually see what you’re going to make, even if the images were on separate pages at the end maybe.
