This book was definitely bigger than I expected and I mean that literally! I didn't realise the book was an A3 size till I received it, but this meant that I was able to admire the graphics and visuals of this book more. It was very interesting to learn more about various countries and food cultures. I felt that there was just the right amount of information, and it was written in a fun and exciting way to read.
I love that recipes were also included should you want to try although I have yet to make any of the recipes yet. Not too sure how authentic the recipes are but I feel that it's provides a good foundation and understanding of each cultures' dishes.
I think this book would be well-liked by families with young children as the graphics will capture the eyes of a child for sure. The content definitely will allow families who enjoy food and travelling to learn more as well. A perfect coffee table book for any foodie!
